The Niagara District Airport Commission and AlliedServices of Canada have finalized agreementswhereby Allied Aviation Services of Niagara,ULC(“Allied Aviation”) will operate the Fixed BaseOperation at Niagara District Airport (CYSN) locatedin Ontario, Canada effective August 31, 2012. Theinitial contract term is for five (5) years with optionsto extend the term for a total of 15 additional years.The Niagara District Airport is a general aviationairport located in Niagara-on-the-Lake . The Airportis 15 kilometers from the famous Niagara Falls andone hour from Toronto. This new FBO operationcomplements the company’s existing operations inboth Canada and the USA. Management support,training and start up efforts will be provided by thecompany’s Toronto operations.

Allied Aviation will be providing fuel storage and supply, and intoplane and de-icing services, in addition to services customarilyprovided at FBOs, such as aircraft storage, passenger and pilotlounges, flight planning, and other passenger support services.The Niagara District Airport handles approximately 40,000 aircraftmovements per year. With its close proximity to the Falls, theAirport provides a convenient arrival and departure point for thoseaircraft operators who want to be close to this world famousdestination.

As the popularity of theNiagara Region grows withnearby hotels, family parks, wineries, golf courses and culturalattractions, increased flight activity is expected at Niagara DistrictAirport. Allied Aviation plans to implement its brand of airportfueling services and make enhancements to the existing FBOfacilities in order to assist the Airport Commission in promotingeconomic growth at the Airport.

The Niagara District Airport opened in 1929 and providedtraining services to the Royal Canadian Air Force during WWII. It is located in the heart of the Niagara Region, ideallypositioned for both business and tourists.
